Push Chair Safety
Check that prams and buggies are:
1. Strong and stable
2. Have no sharp edges, spikes, or open ended tides.
3. Have an effective parking brake.
4. Have two separate frame locks to prevent collapse.
5. Have child harness and anchorage point.
In addition buggies must:
• Have instructions on use and maintenance.
• Have a permanent label indicating origin, British Standards compliance and in use warning information.
