Cookstown District Council’s Economic Development Unit has direct responsibility for the management and delivery of Council’s Economic Development and Town and Village Regeneration Services. We provide a range of information, advice and support services to local businesses guided by our Local Economic Development Strategy and Town Centre Masterplan. The services we provide enhance our local economy by creating new indigenous businesses and developing our existing business base, whilst also serving to increase job opportunities and creating a culture for sustainable growth, development and investment.

iFactory is a complete, bespoke innovation support programme, aimed at small businesses with an aspiration to grow, compete and succeed. The programme fee is £200 and offers up to 20 days support based on the results of an innovation audit on your company to assess innovation strengths, weaknesses.
