Town Centre Regeneration aims to develop and enhance Cookstown Town Centre through the delivery of key strategic initiatives. It strives to encourage public and private sector co-operation in tackling issues relating to the town centre and its long term viability.  Cookstown District Council in partnership with Cookstown Town Centre Forum are committed to ensuring that Cookstown remains a thriving market town, a place attractive for people to live, work and invest, to reaffirm its position as the ‘Retail Capital of Mid Ulster’.
