Under the Pollution Control and Local Government (Northern Ireland) Order 1978,the Council provides a service whereby abandoned motor vehicles are identified and removed for disposal under the seven-day notice procedure.
In the event that an owner is subsequently identified, they are held responsible for all costs associated with the removal of the vehicle.
