Energy Performance Certificate
New regulations have now been made setting out when an Energy Performance Certificate is required. The Building Regulations will be amended with effect from 30 September 2008 to require an Energy Performance Certificate to be submitted to the council within 5 days of completion of any new building subject to certain limited exceptions - read more:
