Current Prices

Active Commercial Waste - £80 / tonne (£48 + £32 Landfill Tax) + VAT

(mixed waste such as canteen / office waste, timber, metal, plastics etc...)

 

Clean Excavation Waste - £7.50 / tonne (£5 + £2.50 Landfill Tax) + VAT

(separated stones, blocks or soils suitable for use in road construction or as cover material)

 

Contaminated Excavation Waste - £17.50 / tonne (£15 + £2.50 Landfill Tax) + VAT

(as above but contaminated with oil or other material but still classed as non-hazardous inert material)

 

Mixed Inert Waste - £42.50 / tonne (£40 + £2.50 Landfill Tax) + VAT

(mixture of stone, glass, ceramics, concrete, soil and other inert materials)

 

Difficult Waste - £128 / tonne (£96 + £32 Landfill Tax) + VAT

(waste that has to be buried immediately due to odour or security reasons)

 

Recyclable Waste - £48 / tonne + VAT

(Separated green waste, timber or mixed dry recyclables such as metal, paper, cardboard and plastic)

 

Please note that Magheraglass is only licensed to accept non-hazardous waste.  We cannot accept any of the following types of waste:

-         Asbestos

-         Whole or Shredded Tyres

-         Fluorescent Tubes or Sodium Light Bulbs

-         Fridges

-         Televisions or Computer Monitors

-         Plasterboard

-         Dead Animals

-         Oil/Chemcials

-         Hazardous Clinical Waste

-         Liquid Wastes

-         Gas Canisters

-         Any Other Hazardous Waste

Directions to Magheraglass

Follow the main road from Cookstown to Omagh for approx. 5 miles, after passing Drum Manor Forest Park on the left, continue for another 1 mile and take left at the next junction (opposite the sign for Rectory Lodge Fishery).  Follow this road for approx. 1 mile, Magheraglass is situated opposite the junction at the end of the road.
